Hoa Binh is a mountainous province of Vietnam, located in the nation’s Northwest region. It borders Phú Thọ Provinceand Sơn La Province to the northwest, Hanoi to the north and northeast, Hà Nam Province to the southeast, Ninh Bình Provinceto the south and Thanh Hóa Province to the south. In 2004, the GDP per capita of the province was estimated to be $228 (equivalent to 3.6 million Vietnamese dong).
The project is invested by the HTV International JSC and the Gia Phu Quoc Te Singapore Co., Ltd., with 51 per cent and 49 per cent, respectively.
On a total area of 91 ha the project includes a five-star-hotel, a resort, a swimming pool, a commercial center, and a sports center combined with modern health facilities.
The project also has an ecological zone able to cater to about 1,000 guests at a time, together with lakes and natural streams on an area of 10 ha and a conservation area for animals and precious medicinal herbs that serve the healthcare needs of the elderly.
Bao Tho Quoc te Hoa Binh is designed with a combination of traditional and modern architecture. Completion is expected in January 2019.
